Yes I agree, and that is also my conclusion. CSS is a flawed tool in its current implementation since it makes it hard to create the most basic of layouts.

I love the device independence and that it allows you to serve different stylesheets to different device types. In fact I plan on offering a phone and handheld version of this site, as well as a printable one, I just haven't had time to do it. I also love the clean structured markup, it's the right way to go.
